Services may include telecommunications, cloud PBX, SIP trunks, managed IT, networking, consulting and related professional services.
3. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate information, maintain authorised access to their systems and use services lawfully.
4. Fees and Payment
Fees are payable according to the agreed quotation, proposal or invoice.
5. Service Availability
Reasonable efforts are made to maintain service availability. Planned maintenance and third-party outages may affect availability.
6. Complaints
Complaints are handled under our Complaint Handling Policy.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
8. Legal Entity
Quantum Integrated Solutions is a registered business name held by The Trustee for Sandwood Investments Trust, ABN 96 805 428 508. The corporate trustee is Sandwood Investments Pty Ltd, ACN 677 009 906.
